Protein Gels & Western Blots

Immunoprecipitation

  • This protocol demonstrates how to immunoprecipitate a protein from a cell lysate.

Co-immunoprecipitation

Western immunoblotting

  • This includes running the gel, transferring to PVDF membrane and preparing antibodies.
