Given the amount of recovery it may be possible to isolate sufficient cells from specific brain regions using this protocol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bacteria<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bowdish.ca\/lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Flow-Cytometry-Binding-Assay.pdf\">Measurement of binding to intact bacteria<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This protocol is used for \u201cbacterial flow cytometry\u201d (running bacteria through the flow cytometer rather than eukaroytic cells).
